fun fact my cousin got her birth certificate when she applied for her first passport and found out she was actually 22, not 21 because her parents werent really sure and thought your birthdays started at 0, so on her first birthday they celebrated her 0th birthday and when they realised their mistake they ‘didn’t want to ruin the 0th birthday pictures’ and went with it
